There is a special feeling that permeates Oak Hollow Festival Park in High Point, NC each year when the John Coltrane International Jazz and Blues Festival is held. If you’ve ever attended, you have felt it. We are channeling that positive feeling as we look ahead. The coronavirus outbreak has spread across the globe and affected everyone. In the face of these unprecedented and extraordinary times, we, who work to create this festival of jazz and blues music, extend our prayers for the continued safety and well being to our community of fans, artists, volunteers and attendees. Although right now each day holds uncertainty, our team maintains an optimistic outlook. Therefore we are moving forward in our planning, with the expectation to hold the 10th Annual John Coltrane International Jazz and Blues Festival on Labor Day weekend, Sept. 5-6, 2020. While we all are managing restrictions and “Stay Home” orders in response to COVID-19, we want you to know how grateful we are for your support and look forward to being with you at the end of the summer.
