General Admission

Enjoy general access to the festival grounds consisting of craft & other vendors a Festival merchandise tent, and food & drink vendors. Bring your own chairs and enjoy the Festival from our lawn with hundreds of other music lovers.

Premium General Admission

Enjoy the Festival with exclusive access to a restricted seating area located near the stage. Bring your own chairs and set up with an upgraded view of all of the acts on stage. Premium General Admission ticketholders also enjoy access to the festival grounds with shopping & food.

VIP Admission

Enjoy a reserved seat in the VIP section, right up close to the stage! You’ll enjoy free parking in an exclusive lot for VIP patrons and an exclusive VIP entrance to avoid the lines at the Festival Entrance. VIP guests enjoy access to all of the Festival Grounds, including the General Admission areas. Your VIP ticket comes with a meal and two included drinks to keep the party going and you’ll go home with a special VIP Commemorative Festival Lanyard.

Super VIP

Enjoy a reserved, padded seat within the first 7 rows of the VIP section, right up close to the stage! You’ll enjoy free parking in an exclusive lot for VIP patrons and an exclusive VIP entrance to avoid the lines at the Festival Entrance. VIP guests also enjoy access to all of the Festival Grounds, including the General Admission areas. Your Super VIP ticket comes with a meal and two included drinks to keep the party going and you’ll go home with a special SUPER VIP commemorative Festival Lanyard.

Where can I purchase a ticket to The John Coltrane International Jazz & Blues Festival?
Tickets can be purchased at any time directly from the festival website! Tickets will also be available for purchase onsite with cash, credit, or debit cards.

I never received an email confirmation for the ticket I purchased, what do I do?
First, check your SPAM folder to see if you received any emails from us. For additional assistance, email [email protected]

Can I enter the festival with a printed or mobile ticket?
In order to enter the festival gates, all fans must exchange their paper or mobile ticket for a festival-issued wristband.

I purchased a ticket and am unable to attend the event; Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I upgrade my general admission ticket to a VIP or Super VIP ticket?
If VIP or Super VIP tickets are still available at the gate you may upgrade your ticket for the difference in price at the box office trailer at the main Festival Entrance.

What is the difference between VIP and SUPER VIP tickets? 
Super VIP guests can enjoy all the amenities of being a VIP guest along with having a reserved padded seat in the first 7 rows of the dedicated VIP viewing area. Super VIP guests will also receive a commemorative event lanyard upon entry to the event.

Is there special ticket pricing for large groups attending the festival?

Can I purchase a ticket even if I live out of the country?
Of course! We would love to have you join us here at the 12th Annual John Coltrane International Jazz and Blues Festival! Since all our tickets are mobile or print at home it is easy to join in on the fun!

Where will the box office be at the festival?
The box office will be set up outside of the main festival gate by the general admission entrance. 
The VIP box office will be set up near the VIP festival entry in the VIP parking lot.

 

I’m carpooling with a friend who has a General Admission ticket and I have a VIP ticket. Can I go through the General Admission gate?
Absolutely, be sure to exchange your ticket for a wristband at the box office.
