Can I bring my kids?
Yes! This festival is kid-friendly and if your little munchkin is 6 years old or younger they can get in FREE!
Can I leave the festival and come back later?
Yes. Your wristband must still be present on your wrist.

Can I bring my Pooch?
As much as we love pets, this event is not pet-friendly! Exceptions made for service animals.
Will there be chairs for guests to use?
Chairs are provided with the purchase of VIP & SuperVIP tickets. All other guests may bring their own chairs or take advantage of the convenient conCHAIRto rental service where you pick it up, enjoy, and leave it behind!
Is the Festival accessible to those with different abilities?
We offer transportation assistance with golf carts in the main parking area to each area within the Festival Grounds.
The VIP & SuperVIP sections include seating and have designated areas that are wheelchair accessible. These tickets are available online and are marked A1&A2 in each row.
We have an Accessibility Section within the Premium General Admission section that is conveniently located near our transportation hub, is on a flat and paved surface, has clear sightlines of the stage & screens, and is near the sound sources. These tickets are available for purchase.

How much is parking?
Parking on-site will be limited to first come first serve. A PARKING FEE OF $20.00 cash or card will be collected at the arrival of the festival. There will be signs for parking posted along the main road.
Is there VIP parking available?
Parking is included in the price of the VIP ticket.
Prohibited Items
The Friends of John Coltrane, the non-profit organization which sponsors the Festival, reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person for any reason including any person whose conduct the management deems to be disorderly or intrusive upon the enjoyment of other guests.
